Unscheduled. Code name Beacon. Follows Alpha. Wider invite list, more venues, merchant partnerships running end to end.

Beta gets a date when Alpha reaches its Run phase (operator, 2026-08-31: Alpha took the Summer 2027 slot). Bucketed, not phased until then. Every item carries a deferral reason, the condition that would promote it.
