- Reconcile billing reports to invoice source: The Billing › Reports page was rebuilding totals and vendor rows client-side from daily line-item data instead of using the server's invoice-reconciled numbers, causing July 2026 totals to under-report by 3.4x and drop the largest vendor. Now correctly displays reconciled invoice data. (#916)

- Stop Playwright install hanging in CI pipeline: The dev deploy was failing when Playwright installation exceeded the 20-minute timeout, blocking all subsequent merges. This fix resolves the hanging install step that was preventing the pipeline from completing despite all test steps passing. (#930)
