PM Board (FROZEN 2026-08-10, superseded)
The live PM board moved to the per-user context home (~/.agents/context/<repo>/boards/pm.md, synced across machines by the #834 context repo). Operator decision, 2026-08-10: PM operational state is per-operator and should cross machines without entering the shared repo. See the project-manager skill (Session start) and day-plan step 5. This file is kept as the historical archive of the in-repo era; do not update it.

The round-trip test (the day's centerpiece): venue -> merchant -> offer -> moderation gate -> admin approval -> user discovery -> claim. Every link driven by an agent in a real browser; both marketplace halves verify each other.
Operator queue:
- Review the portal polish sweep (PR #803), at her leisure; unblocks that session's post-merge verification item
- Moderation click-through on deployed dev: possibly folded into the round-trip (only if portal-polish hits the App Check write wall; PM will ping)
- 30-second Quick-pins phone check (devtools leftover, non-blocking)
Standing rules in force: one session PR per agent, EOD self-drive via the session-pr merge gate (~6pm PST), self-improve at wrap-up, blockers escalate to the PM (security/data risk pages the operator immediately).
